Our focus
CAPTURE works at the intersection of evidence-based medicine, clinical pharmacology and pharmacotherapy. We are particularly interested in questions where sound treatment and health care decisions require evidence from randomized controlled trials, observational studies, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic research, pharmacogenomics, real-world evidence and other clinical sources.
Our scientific scope includes evidence synthesis, research methodology, study design, guideline methods and knowledge translation.

The Clinical Pharmacology GRADE Group focuses on methodology. The International Clinical Pharmacology EBM Group focuses on clinical guidance and application. Neither initiative should be understood as controlled by CAPTURE or by commercial funders.
